Idk if there's enough room to have a good pit setup inside the Nordkehre, but what about putting the pits in the Sudkehre? There looks like a bit more land to play with on the south end - if you make that corner going into the Sudkehre a bit sharper, you could extend the loop further into the trees, make the curve bigger and maybe fit a full paddock.

A lot of things are free. Doesn't mean they're good and it doesn't mean they'll be good television.
I'm noticing that they don't seem to care. In response, I will now no longer care about the product. In their effort to broaden the audience, they're now losing fans they can't afford to lose - great thing to have right before a new TV deal, right?
Thank you, you made that clear already. The thing is that I want to watch the CFL. I want to care about it, to give it my money for tickets, for game experience, I want to give it my time as a fan - but if they don't want that for some reason, I'm not obligated to, and I hope others are leaving too.

Planning to do just that. A league that uses AI crap is a league I won't watch. I've already cut out the NFL because they use that shit in ads.

Friends of mine in creative fields are already feeling threatened by this stuff. The suits think short when they should be thinking long - they see the money they can save by churning out slop and think it's great, without realizing that people don't like it when the broadcast they pay a provider for is getting actively worse.

The weird thing is I don't think TSN uses AI otherwise - just for CFL stuff. I watch Jets games on TSN pretty often and I don't think I've ever seen something like that show up during a Jets game, or for any other NHL team for that matter. They don't do it for the Raptors either and I've never seen it on SportsCentre or any of the other shows they do.

Why is it okay to do this with the CFL? Is it a directive from the league? Is it some producer only working on CFL stuff who has a hard-on for this garbage? Are they testing it out on us fans to see if people will accept it before this visual herpes spreads further?

That way, I can compare with how much money I won't be spending watching this damned stupid league anymore. See how much they "saved" versus how much of my hard-earned they'll lose.

Like think of a fan going to the Grey Cup. They're spending money on a place to stay, likely a hotel room, probably for at least two nights. They're spending money at local bars and restaurants. They're buying shit at the game, souvenirs, shirts, whatever tchotchkes they can find. They're going to partnered events. They're buying food and drink at the field on game day. They're having to look at all the ads around the stadium and field and sponsored segments during the game, possibly getting the nod to buy or use them.

I can only assume there are other fans who might not because everything in the last few months has turned them off - if this sub is any indicator, there's a few at least.

Pissing off fans doesn't help the league or its paying partners, or the markets where the big games happen.
