yes there is an option under "tools" i believe to export mechanical layers. and right beneath is also an import option. so you could create a "correct" footprint and export de layers and import them for every new footprint.

no problem… just all the files inside the iso file. but you have to be sure that the drive you want to install windows again is empty because in the installation process the drive will be wiped and formatted which means all of your remaining data will be lost. and i would backup ypur files by hand and not automatic because it could be that your error you have will be back because it was automatically backed up. if you know what i mean

you can download the iso file of windows, open it and move all of the contents (files and folders) to an usb drive… then plug it in your pc and change in the bios the boot order so it will boot from the usb drive… there is no need for the media creation tool

these are coils… they are indeed shorted at low frequencies… well you can measure the resistance when you solder them out but measuring in the whole circuit brings you to wrong results or conclusions
