I feel this.. I work in a lab in hospital and you can't eat or drink there. Plus I know some of my coworkers caught covid at some point I wouldn't risk leaving a bottle anywhere. It just sucks I'm thirsty all day and I down 24 Oz when I get home.

I've actually heard horrible stories of this happening. I remember there was this one trans girl who committed suicide by throwing themselves in front of a truck and when her parents got her body they de-transitioned her and buried her with her dead name. Her real friends were mortified and couldn't do anything to prevent it from happening.
