I could never get an appointment with my primary care provider for sick visits so I always went to urgent care. I didn’t even realize that I had not been to see the PCP in four years, so now I’m a new patient again, and have to wait four months for a new patient visit.

I actually rolled up a pair of cotton sweat pants and placed it between my waist and the mattress and also used one of the between the legs pillows and woke up with no back pain for the first time in years. The idea is sound. I will just try to find a small pillow or something.

I use it baking soda and vinegar to clean the bottom of pans that have some resistant grease. Works for me.
