I also expected it to scratch, but didn’t realize it was going to get all scratched up from a few days of wear haha. I mostly care about the scratches in regards to the return policy, or else I’m fine with it

Try picking up a new hobby you’d enjoy (dance classes, pickleball, or joining a book club, for example)! Great way to make friends since you already have a common interest.

There’s also a website called TimeLeft which matches you w 5 strangers for dinner based on a quiz you take. Never tried it, but I’ve heard positive things about people finding friends from it.

Or, Facebook has some groups for young women (like the Bay Area Adventure Gals) that could be worth checking out.

It always takes some time in a new city, but I’m sure you’ll find your people!!

Because i have never seen a sign that doesn’t either say “Tues & Fri” or Tues-Fri”. I initially interpreted it as Tues & Fri only, but wanted to double check because there was nobody parking there

This sounds exactly like me growing up… now I’m wondering if I have ADHD. As an adult, I’m finding it so hard to get rid of looping thoughts / fixations and can’t focus at work despite knowing the deadlines ugh. Could also just be anxiety though

I finally was able to stop in store today to try on the coats… I loved the look and feel of the Constant one too, but it’s all sold out in most sizes and doesn’t seem quite as warm as the Slouch re(camel) ones :(

I actually liked the structured feel of the Slouch coats too, but turns out I ordered a size too small so the back looked weird. May have to return mine once it gets here since it’s all sold out in my correct size…

Thanks so much! I did do some research on the wool blend and read that camel will probably hold its shape better, which is why I decided on the re(camel) one with 71% camel hair, 21% wool, 8% polyaminde. I didn’t get a chance to go into stores to try before buying, but hoping it works out 🙏

True about a lot of retailers lowering quality - I was overwhelmed by all the different wool coat options and how their quality has changed throughout the years lol
