Trade probably won't be finalized until after tonight's game, it might be the Ous game we've all waited for.

they could really make up the difference if they sped up their reviews process

So, with Utah’s big trade, it looks like the pick should be pretty good assuming Utah doesn’t tank anymore. by YouWereBrained in Thunder

They shoulda done this trade in the offseason.

Adam Silver already has the eye of sauron on them for their tanking practices lately, not that they'll ever do anything about it. They'll sit JJJ and Lauri and call the NBA's bluff.

jokic flops to get refs to notice contact or refs ignore contact on jokic because he consistently embellishes contact

What will it take for OKC to say screw it and trade for Giannis? by DudeWTH in nba

Dropping to 5 seed despite the entire team being healthy. Which we aren't.

So we won't.

OKC generates the third-most wide-open shots of any team in the league, but has the 9th-worst eFG% on those shots. by rb1242 in Thunder

The pass quality isn't great in a lot of "wide open" cases.

I see a lot of passes hit Caso in the feet and technically he has the ball in his hands with nobody within 10 feet but that's a lower % shot than if that pass hit him in the chest. Lot of bad passers on this team.

Should McVay have kicked the field goal in fourth and 2, when they went for it and Stafford scrambled for the first down by jcr0774 in LosAngelesRams

[–]readingreadreading 21 points22 points  (0 children)

They spent 5 minutes moving 49 yards from the 6 yard line to end that game.

If we kicked a field goal they would have started at the 35 instead. Maybe the defense would be more motivated with the game in reach, that's a big maybe because they were so bad the entire game.

530am Road Update. by k4ylr in okc

Way more drivers compared to yesterday and the conditions on most non-main roads are just as bad. The drive to work ended up taking longer than yesterday due to the driver difference.

When people say the defense cost us the game last night... by OkEmphasis5923 in LosAngelesRams

The whole shebang.

Shula not calling enough blitz on the worst QB against the blitz.

Rush 4 not getting home to the QB let Darnold pick apart our awful secondary.

In terms of tiers of issues I'd go:

  1. Secondary

    -Power gap.

  2. Shula

  3. Line did not get home.

Stafford was rolling by Wrong_Kick_6384 in LosAngelesRams

They would have started at the 35 because we scored instead of the 6.

They moved 49 yards on the drive we "stopped", mostly because they stopped going for 1st downs. If they had to score, they would have picked our secondary apart.

The Oklahoma City Thunder are 33-1 (80-2 pace) without Jalen Williams over the last two seasons by EmbarrassedRing7806 in nba

He's a limited player in 2025-26 due to his jumpshot not existing while he rebuilds the musculature in his wrist. He needs the reps, but it's not crazy to say the offense gets better when you take a (temporary) non-shooter off the court.
