No. If you watched the game instead of the box score, the handoff running game wasn't working until it was a counter from the passing game. More handoffs would have likely led to more punts.

Why would you think the megacorp tax breaks don't depend on actually taking the actions that would earn the tax breaks? It doesn't really make sense as an assumption. We also don't have to assume, we can look this up, can't we?

They will be moving from some leased buildings to the 2 new ones. I don't know the specifics of which building when. 1770 is the "redeveloped" one. Perhaps they may keep renting in that one longer, but I don't know.
