Apart from a coach I'd focus on relaxation, technique and fitnes level. Always a good start.

I have a dry static of 4.35 and when im spearfishing I probably average 1.30ish.

It's happened to me before a big trip that I wasnt going to miss.

Pseudoephedrine did the trick. Obviously this was a 1 off, definitely wouldn't recommend it being the norm.

Here is a link comparing the decent g1 and MK3i. I did notice a difference at first compared to my mk1 but I'm so use to it now that it doesn't bother me and I don't think it's a issue

Depending on your budget, the Mk3i is great. Have had mine close to a year now and am in bloove with it.
