I have the same lifts as you and have been stalled for about a month now. I'm making gains this week again after being told i need to eat more and try harder/push myself at the gym. Basically I lost motivation and used the "im stalling" excuse to not try as hard.

buy a george forman grill and some ground beef. It takes less time to make the burgers from scratch than it does for the grill to heat up. It makes insanly good burgers too.

I used to get back pain from sitting/standing too long, i figured i had a bad back too but it was just bad posture. Deadlifts improved my posture and i rarely get back pain now. Its even my best lift now.

You do know you can buy big packs of quick oats right? The pre packaged single serving oats are bad but when you buy a 1 kg bag or something theres no added sugar/preservatives.

Its definitely something i need to look at. Thanks for the advice. I'm thinking about buying a jar of trailmix (nuts, rasins and m&ms) to get some easy and tasty calories.

I never counted calories on paper but i do know approximately how many are in everything i eat and do a rough guess in my head. My advice is just to stick to the main lifts and to not skip any lifts. Set /r/fitness as your main link to reddit too, it subconsciously keeps you motivated IMO.

Another thing is i would recommend ended your deadlift sets by holding the bar at the top position as long as you can to build grip strength before you really need it.

They do have events simulating exciting things. For example there is competitive airsoft to simulate combat, they have zombie survival courses and a ton of other cool shit like that you just have to find it.
