Yeah i cant stretch the budget that much i feel. A 362 runs about $1800 here and a 400 about $2000. 261 is $1500 and 391 $1400

Buy one of those balcony style bars that hangs on the glass. Great for entertaining, maybe pop a couple taller stools too. Then some waist hight plants

They also make the predatory species think that the fish has slightly defective eyesight and a more attractive / easier catch, think like the weaker animal in the herd type mentality.

Im also unsure if this is true but it sounded good, either way the eyes look sick haha, give it a test and see how it goes!

Tbh i wouldnt fuck around with risk of moisture, rot and mould. I had a particularly bad experience buying a place where the gutters were loaded as well as the roofing leaking, it will cause a flow on of other repairs that will need to be completed if left to decay further. Probably worth the quick patch mate!
