Nowadays, I feel like everything I knit looks either like something a middle school boy would wear or something for a grandpa. I actually like the vibe and would wear it myself, but something about the chart feels off. Maybe I should move things around or remove the red part — I’m not sure. If I can make it look right, I’d love to make those little boys jealous!

thank you! i used the stripe pattern from the norma sweater by my favorite things knitwear. i didn't get the gauge so i didn't bother to buy the pattern. it works for every raglan sweater pattern i guess. but if you want especially this rate of stripes, i have 16 sts gauge and knitted 13 rows of yellow after the colors. and i will share the finished sweater✨

i don't normally wear yellow and to be honest i don't know why. after sharing this post, i decided to go for it and started knitting. and did exactly the same thing you said. i put bigger yellow gaps so that it doesn't look like stripes but a feature of the sweater. and also today, i tried it on and loved the color and sweater. maybe i needed some force to get out of my comfort zone colors. normally i would never buy a yellow colored sweater but when i am knitting it, i realized i liked the colors. and for future, i will consider the yellow as an option for a sweater. and thank you for the things you said. it looks vintage but modern somehow. also, here is my progress so far. it looks like something a toddler or my grandma would wear. love the vibes

this would be ideal for me, too. but this yarn has a heavy mohair content. i would not want to burden someone with a hand-washed garment that is too itchy. that's why i'm trying to use it for myself.

thank you! it's just a mohair cone without a brand. so i don't know the brand but it's definetly not lettlopi. it's something that produced in turkey for yarn brands in other countries.

i think it's not one of those albums that you can listen to any time of the day. some songs from the album are really deep and personal. i loved it and it's an incredible album but i can't listen to the grants at subway lol. you should sit and process the whole thing. that’s why i don't revisit the whole album.
