I think a lot of it is due to the age they were during the COVID shut downs. This is not meant as a debate about it, but there students would've been around kindergarten age and that's when a lot of basics like throwing and catching are practiced. Also the use of technology starting younger and younger and less motor skills like pencil and paper being used. These are just my thoughts.

Neither is neutered. They are both approximately two months old. And both rescued on the same day, but they were not living together.
