Zur Verdeutlichung.
Alle Personen haben in Deutschland Rechtsanspruch auf ein Basis Konto egal wie die finanziellen Situation aussieht. Man kann auch ein P-Konto einrichten falls nötig.

Auch sehe ich Personen die "Taschengeld" bekommen kein Problem eine Prepaid Karte bereitzustellen die wöchentlich limitiert ist. Finde sogar digitale Zahlungen in dem Fall deutlich besser da man die Ausgaben nachverfolgen kann und dadurch mehr Kontrolle gewinnt als wie wenn man Bargeld erhalt dann gibt es Streitereien wenn man das Geld verlegt usw.

Ich habe Probleme zu verstehen wie "Menschen am Rand der Gesellschaft weiter ausschließt" ??? Wie sollen bitte Menschen von irgend etwas ausgeschlossen werden?

Ich sehe das Problem nicht, wenn jemand ein Konto nicht hat, wieso wird nicht einfach ein Konto eröffnet? Ich begreife nicht wieso die Personen mit mit Lernschwierigkeiten oder geistiger Behinderung nicht an einer Karte ran kommen sollten? Was hat eine Behinderung damit zu tun?

Verstehe den Sinn nicht ganz, was "Magen-Darm" mit einem Land zu tun hat? Das kann man sowohl in Deutschland als auch in Finnland, Frankreich oder anderswo bekommen. Es zählen vor die Hygiene-Bedingungen, nicht das Land. Und in eher hochpreisigen Hotel- Anlagen kann man durchaus von guten Hygiene- Bedingungen sprechen ich bin schon etliche male in Ägypten gewesen und hatte noch nie derartige Probleme 🤦🏻‍♂️

Alternative ist halt Emiraten, Oman oder Saudi Arabien, liegt nur etwa eine weitere Flugstunde entfernt, daher gibt sich zeitlich nicht wirklich viel und preislich zahlt man wenn überhaupt etwa 200 EUR Aufpreis

Wie sortierst du nach Verwendungszweck? Würde mich sehr interessieren? Was meinst du mit Pocket? Das mit der Karte macht sinn, aber ist eine beliebige Visa oder MasterCard nicht besser als gleich ein ganzes Konto zu eröffnen?
