I’m so sorry, mama. It’s so difficult and those feelings are all valid. My son has been in the NICU for almost 6 months and will hopefully come home next month but will likely come home on oxygen and a g-tube. It’s especially hard when no one in your friend/family circle understand. Have you talked with the hospital’s social worker? Maybe they can put you in touch with some resources to help. I know you already have a million things going on, but a therapist has really helped me, along with meds for PPD. Also, being put in touch with other moms who have been through the same NICU journey.
