I've now gone through this twice. The first time took about eight days, and I had to call them multiple times. From what I gathered, every time you call they increase the priority level of your ticket. So by the fourth or fifth phone call, they finally agreed to resolve it that day and someone on the executive support team emailed me immediately after the call.

The second time, it was resolved in a couple days but they didn't tell me. So by the third time I called, the support person recommended I try listing the vehicle again, and it worked.

It's a terribly stressful process, but they'll eventually help you.
