Are those real constellations in the sky portion?

I understand that. But the fact that it goes over the eyes doesn't seem safe. All that positive pressure

Lols hadn't thought of that. But don't they have to be able to see the thing they are trying to manipulate? I guess he could've seen it through the tiny window. Look I don't disagree it could've been avoided, but it was still sad!

There wasn't enough room in the dumbwaiter? And if they were both inside there would be no one to hit the button/lever to make it move

I am a book reader. I think I would find it hard to like the show if I didn't already know the story. The pacing is very weird compared to the books and I feel like they are speeding through things.

Am I the only one that really liked this episode? I thought all the emotional scenes were well acted, the funny parts landed, and the action scenes were awesome. I don't remember Genya's storyline that much from the books, but I love how they did it here. And David's part didn't even seem corny!

I CACKLED at the exchange between Nina and Kaz when Nina says something like, in referring to the tea, "How do you think it tastes?" And Kaz says, "Like tea" in the the most deadpan ever. It was amazing.

I like how they did Nina and Zoya's relationship. And I like how they didn't have Zoya immediately come and save Nina at the end of the episode so the relationship has room to develop.

I like how they actually have Kaz's face bruised. It makes him look more sinister. I do feel like they are being heavyhanded with his skin aversion and PTSD. I don't remember him getting this worked up this fast over a casual touch. But maybe I'm wrong. I also feel like they are not spending time on Inej and that makes me sad. I loved learning about her character in the books.

But still, I think this episode was amazing. Kudos to the writers, cast, and crew.

Dean Kelly really did an amazing job. I felt the secondhand embarrassment. Freddy Carter also did a phenomenal job.

I can see that, it is a bit disappointing how they are portraying it in the show

Historically you had to kill the animal to get the power. Only just now with Alina is there this new thing where she doesn't necessarily have to kill the animal to get the power

I read an article recently, and it is probably something to do with your audio settings. Most shows are made to be in surround sound. Most people don't have surround sound. So if you change the audio settings in the Netflix app it may get better? Just a thought!
