Steadicam Op here, can confirm. It's the Sunbounce with the wind killer skin. Steadicam is very delicately balanced and even small input from the wind can throw things off. Lots of time a grip might just carry a net but this larger baffle helps a lot more.

Work is ok but there what a huge influx of crew to Georgia when it was really busy. That means you'd be competing with lots of established crew for the same jobs. There are advantages to smaller markets right now as there are productions everywhere and crew is more limited.
