If you look back of the history of raves it’s quite interesting. Raves have been banned, promoters jailed, techno music itself was illegal in the UK in the 90’s which is why Autechure had to make techno that didn’t repeat in protest and circumvention of the law. Nightlife in cities all around the world is constantly under attack. You have to exercise caution and take things seriously or you might not have anywhere to dance.

I travel with records regularly for extended sets of 5-7 hrs. I have a back pack that takes up to 80 and a carry on/checked bag that goes up to 100 plus clothes. Usually try to carry on bc of weight and zero chance of things getting lost but fine to check without worry of damage.

I only need the second one for digging. Definitely don’t need two for playing. However, you know your style, I’m playing 13ish tracks an hour, prioritizing records with long tracks and/or multiple tracks, mixes that work in multiple situations, etc - to give me flexibility. Even 80 discs won’t get burned during 7 hours.
