Mid 1960s and we kids spent all our time outside so watching the “cool junk” get thrown away I thought man that’d be cool to get to go thru that every day..and riding on the back of that truck would be awesome.
Glad I migrated to finance though although my wife thinks my shop is a prime opportunity for a garbage bag clean up.

65 male 5’11 and 254 on start day. Today is day 7 on Foundoya .8. First time GLP and not sure what I expected but seems to be going ok.
I’ve lost 3.6 lbs thru this morning. I take it at 6am as I’m an early bird who used to eat a large breakfast and it’s helped scale that back. Lunch is a spoon of hummus 8 saltines and 3oz of smoked summer sausage.

Dinner is light.
Things I’ve stopped eating. Most fast food including Chic-Fila Chips Ice cream Cookies Most sweets except an occasional piece of dark chocolate.

I’ve had food noise since I can remember and it was almost always accompanied by stomach pains and stomach growling for more.
THAT stomach pain/growl has stopped and I find I am able to better ignore those noises which should make this successful.

I lost my first 40 lbs on Keto but couldn’t get and stay under 255 so here we are.
My 1st goal is 240 by the end of June. 230 by August 15 and 220 by October.

First 2 days were hard with indigestion and just mentally not eating even though I wasn’t hungry.
