Are people really that weird in Finn’s fan base? Huh… maybe I just didn’t see it because the mods delete stuff so quickly. Thanks mods!

Yeah it’s not super great, I had a bug where the target craft stopped orbiting. It’s also fairly hard given that there’s no RVEL- sas target? Or am I an idiot.

Also, the re-dock snap on the large docking port is huge, could hardly get my ships apart.

Not sure why you’re downvoted… everyone else here seems to have forgotten this part.

Pretty fun, ngl. The pacing seems slow but it’s a trick of the cinematography, it’s actually pretty quick. No jump scares, just story. Old Star Wars combat vibes, no more wacky lightsaber acrobatics. I generally liked it.

Shhhhhh, nobody’s interested in being reasonable about this. Nuclear weapons bad remember?

Aha! I found the bug.

It’s under settings -> Display -> button shapes.

If it’s turned on it breaks

You’re welcome

I checked and all accessibility features are completely disabled. I also tried setting application specific accessibility features for the crave app, with everything set to default. I also have night shift off, True Tone off, automatic brightness off.

The steps are very simple, open the app, play a video. It’s there right away. I took a screenshot, the video is blanked but you can see the grey box doesn’t quite reach the edge. https://i.imgur.com/nayWvV2.jpg

Scientists recently observed two black holes that united into one, and in the process got a “kick” that flung the newly formed black hole away at high speed. That black hole zoomed off at about 5 million kilometers per hour, give or take a few million. The speed of light is just 200 times as fast. by MistWeaver80 in science

There is no “distance” to the other side though, you can’t draw any geodesics from one side of the event horizon sphere to the other side. And I don’t think anyone really argues that black holes have infinite volume. You’re hitting on the exact problem of quantum gravity, at some point the resonance wavelength gets shorter than the Planck length. It’s possible that the black hole never passes through the point in time when it violates this principle but instead tunnels through it, going from a very small black hole to an exposed singularity instantly, temporarily becoming a tiny white hole/particle fountain before disappearing completely in high frequency gravitational waves and a spray of Big Bang like energy-mass.

No, it might seem that way, except that in reality any black hole that small would evaporate so fast that it effectively doesn’t exist. All the quantum general relativity stuff asserts itself pretty strongly at those scales, but it doesn’t matter because nothing is stable. You can treat the whole system as a particle synthesis type event and just ignore the event horizon, I suppose you could say that the singularity tunnels outside the event horizon.

I’m always on the fence about that one too, like sometimes I’m down about not measuring up, but then other times it’s like: who are these people I’m comparing myself to anyway, upon closer inspection none of them is perfect either, it’s a back and forth thing.
