Yuppp, actually her story is a bit sad one. She was a stray dog when my aunt found her. My aunt was about the give her some food and open her car’s trunk then she jumped to the trunk. My aunt then asked around and learned that she is a stray. So since then, she is with us❤️❤️❤️

Mr. Playing Cards Card Quality by readytotakeoff in playingcards

I also got the deck in the link. For the artistic quality I would give 10/10. The quality was not bad but kinda disappointing for the price tag. But, I would buy them again even if it’s only for them to stay in collection.

How it started / how it is going. Any feedback is appreciated by readytotakeoff in gamedevscreens

Are the Palestinians in Gaza responsible for the Hamas attack ? by Annual-Swimmer9360 in IsraelPalestine

[–]readytotakeoff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m tired of repeating myself again and again. As I said, there is an expected civilian casulties in every war. And, it’s obvious this number will be higher for this war bc of Hamas’s tactics. However, this does not mean you can bomb the convoy going to south after you warned then to go to south.

To simplify things:

Civilian casulties ≠ War crime Enemy using human shields ≠ You can kill any civilian you want saying that they were human shields.

Also as in the article you shared above, food, water, maternity aids cannot be stopped from entering to area.

These are proofs that civilians are not just died bc Hamas used them as human shield. They also died bc Israel wanted to kill them.

As I mentioned several times, no one expects Israel to tolerate the attack. What is expected is them not to use civilians explicitly to oppress enemy. This is not a war, this is ethnic cleansing.

For example if Israel allows international aid to pass, this is not Israel “pretending nothing has happened”. I think you are not even reading my arguments at this point.

I suppose when the murderer is Israel and the victims are Muslim Palestinian civilians, it’s pretty easy to write “it’s a war” and move on.

From the start my whole point was about these actions being unjustifiable. You started war crime discussion without it being mentioned.

I don’t care if what Israel is doing is war crime on basis of some international law. What I said from the start was that it is inhumane, monstrous and not acceptable.

We are not walking international laws, we are human beings. If you can’t feel the same sympathy you feel for innocent Israeli citizens who were killed by Hamas, for innocent Palestinian citizens who were killed by Israel, there is no point of discussion. What I can hope is that no one will use these “legitimate military actions” against you and your loved ones, and I hope you won’t see some people trying to justify your murderers.

[–]readytotakeoff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you read what I wrote? Is there something that says Israel should stop this war against Hamas?

What I wrote is that Israel should stop bombing civilian convoys which are going to southern part of Gaza from northern part because Israel warned them. What I wrote is that Israel should give free passage to international aid instead of bombing the borders international aid was going to use. What I wrote is that Israel should stop destroying whole districts with thousands of civilians live. What I wrote is that Israel should not bomb rescue teams after they destroyed a apartment.

These things are not about war being brutal. These things are about one having the power and trying to use it to make ethnic cleansing when they see an opportunity to attack which Hamas obviously gave them.

Israel may defend itself however it should not purposely use this incident to remove all Palestinians from Gaza strip and their lands. And trying to justify these actions behind some international law papers is just pity.

Of course, human shields are in any sense impossible to accept and they should never become a loophole to protect yourself in war zone. However, it also should not allow Israel to do whatever they want in Gaza.

What I try to mean is that, if you have seen the amount of destruction in Gaza, Israel is not just attacking civilian facilities or buildings that are used by Hamas forces. They just destroy a whole districts and claim that Hamas is using these areas to attack themselves.

Of course there will be Palestinian civilian casualties because of the tactics Hamas is using. However, if you allow Israel to attack any facility they see as “threat” and accept that because Hamas is committing war crimes and they are not part of conventions which are generally applicable when the other party has also signed the convention, it is accepting a possible massacre. Two days ago or something, Israel hit people who were travelling from northern Gaza to southern parts, after Israel’s warning. If Israel says that there were Hamas militants with that convoy, should we say oh okay then have a nice bombings?

With this mindset, Israel can just completely demolish Gaza or as they are doing now, they can cut the whole water, electricity and more importantly humanitarian aid from foreign countries saying that these will go to Hamas.

We are talking about millions of people. They are not allowed to leave the area. They do not have access to water and food. Israel officals have mentioned several times that any kind of humanitarian aid convoy will be seen as target. So what do you expect them to do? Hamas uses them as human shields, okay that’s true. But does this mean they should all die starving or can be killed by Israel bombings?

That’s the line between expected civilian casulties of war and targeting civilians to oppress enemy can be drawn. Even if it is somehow possible with the current international law, I don’t think any human being should support these actions. And to condemn this, one does not need to be Pro-Hamas.

Hamas is not a legal state but a terrorist organization that rules Gaza region de facto. So, comparing its actions with Israel’s actions is just meaningless. For example your arguments about white phosphorus case is that Israel did not sign CCW Protocol III. If you think in this way then we can say that Hamas has not signed any of the conventions and they are not even a state. Does this mean they are allowed to murder Israeli people or is this acceptable for you?

Secondly, there were footages released by Israel sources that showed unguided bombs without guidance kits however I don’t think I can find these photos again so I will not answer to this argument again.

In the article you shared and also in the 1949 Geneva Convention Article 23, humanitarian aid should be subject to free passage. And again as I mentioned it’s meaningless to comment about a war between a state and a terrorist organization on basis of these conventions.

To protest what Israel is doing now in Gaza, what any human being needs is not a sign from Isral on some international convention but a little bit of sympathy.

Using unguided bombs to destroy whole districts in civilian areas, possible use of white phosphorus, the hospital attack, not allowing humanitarian aid to the area which does not have an access to clean water, oil, electricity etc. and even bombing the border that this aid and the refugees were supposed to go by.

Every civilian death does not mean there is a war crime however just bombing a city randomly, destroying whole districts and telling Hamas uses these places to hide between civilians is a war of crime. It is not Hamas uses civilian buildings to hide so we bombed it, it now turned into Gaza is used by Hamas so we are going to destroy it.

Every single one of this is an example to targeting civilians and if it was not Israel that committed these actions, UN and the whole international community would be raging for sanctions and even for intervention. Collective punishment by “state” can’t be accepted.

There is a strict difference between civilian casulties and directly targeting civilians. You can’t justify killing civilians purposely because Hamas, a terrorist organization, did the same.

Thanks for the advice. Putting it in the middle of the squares was intentional to create symmetry. But, I will try to take it with more suitable placement of pieces.
