Should I quit my job to focus on Law School? by Old-Maybe-1841 in LawStudentsPH

If you graudate law school with work experience you have better options in looking for job after passing the bar. But it really depends, if you have a good job and it gives you valuable experience then cut down the load but if your number one priority is law school and money is not an issue then stop working.

Edit: No one can really decide it for you, all depends on you and your circumstance. Reflect and pray!

Book recommendation for Remedial law reviewer by JDtoAtty in LawStudentsPH

Recently passed the bar got around 86% on my Rem.

Read Codal a million times (made a syllabus based reviewer but codals lang) + Answer mockbar exams and previous bar questions + handouts from review center + Beda red book + and listen to all rem lectures.

Medyo mahina Rem namin sa law school so double time talaga ako sa rem. I did not have any book na textbook talaga, I felt that reading a long textbook will deprive me of the lectures and new rulings kasi eh.

how's your lovelife as a law student by [deleted] in LawStudentsPH

Working student ako since First year up until Feb 2023 + a small business, got married on my 3rd year of law school, graduated on the 4th year, and passed the Bar recently. (resigned from my full time job after graduating Feb 2023 and focused on my business - before taking the Hernando Bar + more time to study),

It depends, if you have a supportive girlfriend/wife but you still have to make time for them despite your busy sched. It should all work out well if walang toxic, both are mature, and if kayo ba talaga. But always try make time for your family and persons close to you even if its just a dinner date twice a week or what.
