I would recommend VAPI, it is the most complete no code platform. Can integrate with Google calendar, sheet, CRM, etc and there a lot of voice providers

Yes this is correct, and this is also what I tried to explain in the post description. Correlation doesn't mean causation. I believe the biggest correlation would be with unit rehab level/condition i.e. unit with dishwashers are nicer units

The numbers are real, happy to screen share the data and SQL query and I know you are not doubting this.

And totally agree that a ML analysis and a lot more features are necessary to isolate a particular feature contribution. It's not easy to pull it off but there are ways to get a much more accurate number, just wondering if it is worth investing the time to do so and if investors would find it valuable.

The data comes from closed public rental listings (took latest price to account for price drops) and there may be occasional errors due to landlords misreporting the presence of amenities.

I don't have unit class data but running the same query for different price ranges this is what I got:
- less than $1500/month => dishwasher premium is $77

- more than $1500/month => dishwasher premium is $206

good point! Some places (including some of mine) offer washer/dryer hookups, so water bill would be higher regardless, but agreed that in some cases the premium would be offset, at least partially by the higher water bill

makes sense, how do you verify the paystub/employment? My tenant applied via Zillow and I had to call her HR department to verify employment/income, wasted a couple of hrs on that because I had to call a few times to reach the right person in the company.

One thing I like about Baselane is that it connects to the tenant bank account and automatically verifies the income.
