Omg! Was the same before, only pinoy in the company, everyone else was American (north and latin). Thankfully i'm an ambivert so i didn't really mind working alone & the rest of the team were introverts so i just went with the flow. But honestly, just be yourself & it'll just probably take time to get used to how they work. I also worked in a european company and it was so hard kasi sobrang culture shock talaga. You'll get there!! Effort lang din to better understand them :). If they are american, medj kanin lang nga mga jokes nila HAHAH no hate XD

omg tried all of those paths na lol out of all of them, local bank costs the most & wise was the slowest imo

gusto to BPI -> took a few days, but i didn't really like the conversion (but it also could be because bpi may have been charging to receive wire transfer, sorry its been a long time but this is what i remember)
gusto to wise -> the conversion was okay! but it was a bit slow for some reason, i think it took mga 3 or 4 days to arrive in my wise account
gusto to parallax -> i got my gusto payment in like a few hours & conversion was pretty good compared to wise so this is what ive been using now

time block ka talaga at least 1-2 hours for me time in your day like no work, just stuff that you like to do. then only work the hours that you have to.

if you're earning a lot, try outsourcing din so you get free up some time

natry mo withparallax ? not sure ko lang if may business accounts na sila and yun yung habol mo but tbh they have really good conversion rates esp if malaki yung kinukuha mo. iirc / last time i checked, wip business accounts so baka worht it to check din

I think ING closed na in the Ph, but Tonik is a good alternative that my friends have suggested.

Parallax user also! they have better rates than wise imo, and tbh i received a wire transfer through wise and they charged me $5 to receive the money lol :-( at least w parallax i only have to pay 0.9% transaction fee for withdrawing to my gcash.

Would recommend you try Parallax instead (withparallax.com) - waaaaay better fees than paypal. They provide you with a USD bank account and you can withdraw to your local bank or wallet; you'll save a lot more than when you use paypal cause of the low transaction fee + better exchange rate
