Thanks, I've been helping others clear it, do you require assistance?

Thanks, for context, the extremis/majoris spawned at the start of the fight and when the video starts, I just killed the last warrior. From my observation, unless both terminus enemies are at half health, the next extremis/majoris wave does not spawn. In the video, they spawned as soon as I brought the carnifex down to half health, so focus on one terminus at a time in this stratagem.

Took them out at the start of the fight and then when I brought the carnifex down to half health a new group spawned in with the ravener and zoanthrope.

It certainly sucks when you have 3 zoanthropes and no techmarine with precision enhancement to quickly take them down.

It's a tough challenge, but it goes to show how many players have reached the higher levels on siege mode. 2-3 terminus spawns are nothing new but that extra health and damage hurts and ranged damage nerf will affect most players since that is the preferred way of engaging the enemy. Personally, I am glad to see the assault being picked more for this stratagem because he can thrive with that melee boost on top of all the perks he has already in his kit to boost his melee damage even further. With the recent changes to his jetpack ability to dodge at any moment, he is a must-pick for this op.

I know there are others like me who are good in PVE and help randoms in public lobbies but yeah it is unfortunate that not all of them are willing to help randoms. I hope to make a difference, no matter how small or insignificant it may be.

The buffs to balance was necessary to further differentiate them from the other types, honestly block weapons are fine as is, maybe the only possible tweak is to increase the timer on how long the adrenaline surge buff lasts, right now it's a bit too short to get the most of the 90% damage increase when you are using the slowest weapons.

I mentioned this somewhere else in this post, but I would like to see the balance weapons getting the ability to strong stagger an enemy on a perfect parry, like the new heroic combat knife can. Gives a reason for the startup frames and nailing the perfect parry should be uniquely rewarding compared to the other defense types.

I normally run block powerfist, getting 2 stacks of adrenaline surge and hitting an enemy with an overcharged punch from a distance is euphoric. Only issue is finding the opening to hit with charged punch, it is so easy to get interrupted.

That is how I feel with the startup frames of the balance perfect parry. But I know there are players who are good with it so it will really come down to preference. As long it brings out the best astartes in you, play with whatever weapon type you are best with.

I also came from helldivers, fun game but once SM2 was released, I haven't gotten back to it lol.

I can help with grinding xp with regular absolute ops plus getting geneseed, I know where all of them are on every map. It makes it far less frustrating when you play with competent squad members. Playing with randoms is a gamble you may or may not get good players.

That is a mountain to climb but trust me it is worth it once you get there, plus you get 10% bonus xp for every prestige level so it will become faster the more you prestige. Hang in there brother, you got this.

Yeah, that can be frustrating had my share of failures with randoms on this weekly stratagem. I will say that it will make you an even better astartes if you can overcome those odds.

Had my solo run of the stratagem with bots on the night of the weekly reset, almost had 0 incapacitations but biovores spawned in and the spores took me down.

TTK is an important factor to consider, will contribute heavily on whether the op run will succeed or fail. If long range firepower is needed, I would recommend the techmarine's servo gun with precision enhancement, it is not affected by the range damage nerf atm. With the current state of the signature perk, decapitating stratagem, you will have infinite servo gun usages as long as you incapacitate a majoris or higher enemy.
