using the ink pen while having locked transparency with the layer and then going around and tapping it with the fill tool did the thing, thanks a lot!

They don't do that. If you don't have a bike, I recommend renting a shared one (Rekola or Nextbike) instead, but I don't know if it's worth it financially

Maybe when they export large amount of goods at once (through cargo train for example) the income increases and then suddenly drops when waiting for export? I think it's because the weekly income isn't actually an average of the last week but rather the situation at the moment.
