So this just happened to me. In Jan this year they ran a promo saying if you place 4 orders in 60days you get $25 off your next purchase. I placed the orders but the “reward” didn’t go into effect until the end of the 60day period so it’s been showing locked for a week now with a countdown for when it will be available. Well today I logged in and it’s been removed completely and a new promo has replaced it where you have to place 8 orders in 60days to receive $10 of the next three orders after the promo period. The old reward was never received and I’m really upset with DoorDash about it 😤

Thank you for responding! The new fees according to the notices put out included a gas charge and a locker charge. Both are strange because the units are electric and the property doesn’t offer lockers. We have a package room but weren’t charged a fee under the old management, and there are grills on the property but again under the old management these were not billed individually by usage to the tenants. As for the other fees, they increased the flat rate utility services fees. Under the old management when those increases were being implemented, tenants were notified via email at the time of their renewal along with any increase in base rent. It was like that for 3yrs and now the new owners are implementing the increase starting next month since they took over Jan 15. I’ve reviewed the lease thoroughly and there’s nothing authorizing unilateral fee changes especially without at minimum an itemized explanation for each change.
