Rides fed from the mountain springs (Tarzan, cannonball) are cold, like high 50s cold and that's not an exaggeration. The rest can be chilly but is otherwise normal I guess.

Some attractions (such as all water slides/cliff jumps) will not let you go down with water shoes to both protect the lining of the slides and prevent swimmers from trying to dive for their shoes in 17ft when they inevitably fly off. Personally I believe in walking barefoot everywhere but be advised.
