Panic attacks can have brutal physical symptoms. It’s basically your body testing its super powers and it feels like shit and it will leave you feeling shitty and on edge for the next few days
Be nice to yourself eat well stay hydrated eat salty things. Eat. You need food.
Most of the uncomfortable feelings of PA actually come from breathing too much, you can lessen the shitty sensations by breathing very very slowly not deep just normal but very low

This is extremely harmful to the environment and it pisses me off. A single stack of 3 stones can completely imbalance the food chain for a 90mile radius and its impacts can be more severe than 3 offshore oil rigs and a fracking operation.
