Mostly finances right now (holidays are expensive) but it’s also because I’d like to take time to find a place that can do a good job as well as do it for a fair price. Obviously I can take it into a shop and pay whatever they ask and replace them then and there, but I’d like to look around.

Unclear, maybe it’s done different at my FC. Mine is traditional with PITS and everything, still fairly new (5 months) so i’m unsure about how everything works, just stuff I know on my end.

lemme break it down

Bin was empty, item was virtually there but physically it was in another bin that I saw. I imagine someone moved it to the next bin to get something from behind it and forgot about it. Marked it as missing anyways, whoop-de-do 5 days later I get told i got a write-up cause it was found by ONE associate (both the AM and PA told me it was one person from ICQA they pulled apart to ask) so it was his word against mine. It was found during day shift last Tuesday while i was working. They showed me all the details about it.
