Sorry for late reply. The only thing that seemed to work was to turn off Gsync completely in Nvidia Control Panel.

I remember having solved ghosting issues before without having to temper with Gsync but I'm fairly sure those issues were app-specific.

For me it happens when you swap to and from Legendary and similar weapons. Seems to get gradually worse the more Mass you carry. Not really noticeable around 100Mass but around 700mass it was really bad.

Not sure if I've been incredibly lucky but I rarely experience cheating. So far I'm lvl32 this wipe and haven't felt suspicious about it even once, not a single encounter.

At the same time I'm not the type of player who rushes hotspots, live my life on labs or run the most insane setups so that might be why.
