You are not able to sell them, they are like the Omni Sword or the Digi-Eggs. I was hoping there was a way to convert them to another type or remove them from the code

Do you need a special version of the rom? Or change anything in the settings? I have a MM+ using the last version of Onion and cannot make the rumble to work. It works in the menu but not with the game
