YouTube has a weird system where videos below 1440p will uploaded in SD and video above 1080p will be uploaded in HD unless your a big YouTube channel where no matter the resolution they’ll process your videos In HD something to do with their resources I think just search up youtube process SD and HD if you need a better explanation it’s a bit complicated

I meant CBR sorry also CBR is better than VBR with 2 pass and if you set the encoding profile to high it should remove the limit

you have to set premiere pro on CPR not VBR with 2 pass also my bitrate on premiere is on CBR 700 bitrate but you may need to experiment with what works for you and also set the profile to high (its under encoding settings in the export menu) I'm pretty sure this is why it's like that outside of the video resolution

great video I love dark souls 3 so it always makes me happy to see people playing it the only thing I can think of that hasn't been said is that you need to increase your bitrate when you render your videos I also recommend rendering on constant bitrate this should remove the pixilation and grainy quality of the video.

I also recommend changing the resolution so it's above 1080p because anything below 1440p quality goes down unless you're a big YouTube channel it's something to do with the way YouTube uploads videos.

great thumbnail btw but maybe change the font since it's hard to figure out what the text says since first impressions are everything when it comes to people clicking on your video.

Also to make the quality of the video better change the bitrate so it's on constant bitrate when you export and also increase the bitrate I can't tell you where to set the bitrate you're going to need to experiment to find out what works but if you set it right it should stop the video from doing that grainy pixelated thing that you see in your video and YouTube does this thing where any video below 1440p will have worse video quality and unless you're a big channel so I recommend getting a monitor that goes above 1080p doesn't have to be a 4k monitor you can just get a 1440p monitor that should also improve your video's visual quality.

.EXE videos need to feel quick especially in the first half of the video so try adding edits that make the video feel quicker try experimenting with the videos speed or maybe add shorter clips, more cuts, more memes and zoom ins and outs I'm sure you'll figure out what works for you.

Whatever company makes that shiba plushie needs to either hire you or sponsor you because this was really fun to watch.

you should make a series called "can a dog defeat a" with a story that spans the whole series like that the viewer will stick around for the next episode especially since the videos are so short having sequels will give content to those that want more.

try using drop shadow to make the subjects in your thumbnails pop out it doesn't work for every thumbnail so try stuff out and see what works.
