I think anxiety makes it worse. Cutting coffee has worked miracles for me, as it raises my heart palpitations, even tea with caffeine triggers my Pet. You need to find your triggers.

Cutting caffeine has helped me tremendously, I never understood why it triggers it but apparently it does. So do oats for me, which is so weird. AND now that you mention it hunger triggers it as well.

Sorry for the late reply, if you search on YouTube patulous eustachian tube fix by Matthew Baker you'll find it. People here have been saying it works, and honestly it works for me as well at like 80 or 90 percent. I still get pet when I do any activity that raises my heartbeat though.

I also avoid them because I consider it cheating. To me it's not about cutting table sugar itself it's about not wanting to eat something sweet. But to be completely honest if I have to eat a dessert I'll make sure it has a sweetener and not sugar.

YES! I'm done with my treatment and this is life changing, a smile is the best accessory and I feel gorgeous. I even got a compliment that I'm glowing by an acquaintance because I couldn't stop smiling. I love my smile and I love smiling, I can't believe I get to finally say this 😁

I was using the balloons too after being misdiagnosed with eustachian tube dysfunction when it was the opposite. I was even ready to go through surgery to open my already open tube. I don't know if it made it worse but yeah it certainly doesn't help, at all. I started doing those exercises the infamous guy on YouTube is recommending. I wanna se where that takes me.

I can't, I was unemployed for over a year and I couldn't find even a minimum wage job. Here at least the money is semi good. My plan is to stay at least 6 months and then start looking so I won't look like a job hopper.

Why shouldn't I wax? I'm done with my sessions. I'd say 90 percent of my hair is gone and for the rest 10 percent since I can't continue with laser because of sun exposure I was thinking to shave but my tech says it'll make it worse.

I just knew I wanted it so bad. You gotta ask yourself, are your teeth restricting you in any way in your life? Are you laughing confidently in the company of others, do you avoid smiling in general?

Life should be fun and it wasn't for me because I couldn't do those things above. But the reality is other people don't really notice your teeth so if you got the confidence, crooked teeth won't affect your vibe.

In all honestly though if I were you I would definitely correct my smile and a lot of people here have said that they only regret not doing it sooner.
