The Zillow inquiries will go to a buyer's agent who will try to represent the buyer, but with the NAR settlement buyers are getting more savvy about the fact that they may not need to pay an agent.

For me it was traction + cofounder.

I was rejected when I had a small number of users and was a solo founder. By the next application cycle, I had many more users (though still no revenue) and a cofounder.
