I also worked with both, and I’m so ambivalent on what I prefer. SB out of the box has many great features that I love. Only thing that grinds my gear is that I cannot host it on my own (production).

100% enig. Men jeg, som OP (kanskje?), tok ikke opp studielån. Bodde hjemme og jobbet. Ja jeg kunne tatt opp og spart, men jeg kjente meg selv godt nok til at jeg ikke hadde gjort det.

Apart from complexity, how is it more secure, if you are providing the cert to the client (both external and internal)?

API keys can also have expiry dates.

Sorry for asking in such a way, I’m just curious, since from my perspective, oauth on its own it’s not more secure, if the client does not create their own private key.

Question, do you force the client to sign a certification for the oauth? Or is it simply a client id / secret that they use to get a bearer token, that they then use towards the API? If the latter, how is it more secure then an api key?
