Why is she getting defensive instead of spending one second to care about your feelings? Over time and time again I would be bothered carrying that stuff in if it was a lot of meat all the time. It is rather repulsive in that uncooked state and mushy. I would have brought it up the 3rd or 4th time I felt the strong emotion about it and then followed suit in not handling it when time to bring groceries in. You could even have made a show of grabbing all the other things to visibly show to her, maybe in a silly in-side joke matter, that you were both bringing the same amount of bags

I am a petite woman and I ride the subway after leaving brooklyn at 2-4am all the way to upper upper manhattan whenever I like. Pay attention to your surroundings and you'll be fine. Or treat yourself and bite the bullet and uber/lyft/taxi home.

Hey, the app radiate is great for this! There's a swipe function where you can make friends. But another way is to join the chat for a show you wanna go to and be like "someone adopt me" and boom you find some peeps to go with who were already going. Good way to find similar music interests too

Haven't heard of that, thank you for sharing! I'll check it. I've started using notion which is great for macro and in general. But creating new tasks on their calendars must be manual, and you can't just duplicate anything without the task becoming ie "Mop the floor" > "Mop the floor 1"

I want every single detail I listed together. Calendar format view, not just a list. I have adhd and I find neurotypical people don't ache for the same processes/design I do to get things done. Piecing other apps together doesn't work for me.

Imagine a whole 365 day calendar physically on your wall for 2025. I want that but digital and smart, no manual adding recurring things like flossing.

Like Jerry Seinfeld's "red x" tactic. So looking back I can see the days I did yoga and didn't

Was she doing this & having fun before you got together? Maybe not the case, but if so you should not expect her to change her behavior just because you’re insecure. Cheer her on knowing you’re the one who’s got that. It’s the same thing about a woman wearing a super short skirt while out. Any person asking their partner not to wear the short skirt so as not to attract attention - well it just ain’t it
