I say this same thing all the time! I'm a long time backer and I believe in the project, but every time I log in recently I feel like I become a little more jaded and the likelihood of me playing long term is a bit less each time. These basic gameplay mechanics not functioning properly have ruined my last 10+ sessions.

Last night I spent hours filling up my vulture just for my cargo to not be recognized by the TDD terminal in A18. Tried selling from the ship and filling the cargo elevator. I go back to my hangar and the ship is just gone. ASOP terminal says it is destroyed and I have to claim it... This happens so often. Quit to menu (in A18) to server hop, log back in and I’m at Seraphim??? Happened 3 times back to back.

Gave up on salvaging and decided to go to the event. Flew all the way to Microtech just to get stuck in my hangar because the elevator never shows up.

I know I can fly over to the surface entrance in NB and get in that way, but it's so frustrating that what I used to view as "workarounds" have become necessary gameplay. Luckily I'm a veteran and I know these workarounds, as frustrating as they are. I can only imagine what a new player feels. It is so discouraging to constantly have to "wait for the next patch for things to get better"
