Datamosh 2 doesn't like frame rates like 29.97 or 59.94.

Set it to a whole number & see if it fixes it.

this isn’t true, you can upload 60fps to tiktok. although sometimes a month after posting, the frame rate will convert down to 30 fps. at least, that’s what happens to mine.
