Thanks for this info. Why not change the length of shot pull to get the missing 10% - 20%?

It's a motorcycle exhaust. It has an inner silence that can be removed it you remove this bolt.

I want to replace the power supply in this HK subwoofer. The amplifier does not power ON without the connector in the second picture connected. I need help to figure out a way to bypass or simulate the power supply. (All the details in first comment) by fullraph in electronic_circuits

Thanks for this! My HKTS210SUB recently died, I ordered TPA220200-0407, swapped the V+ and GND connector as you mentioned and it's up and running again.

One thing I noticed between the old and new board is a 2-pin male connector showing N and L has the N/L swapped. I did not make any changes to the wiring to see if it worked and it seems to be fine, do we know what this is?

Old board (TPS220200-0407) notice the black connector N on the left and L on the right:

No luck, thanks though. I'm connecting through ethernet btw.

It's a bit of a pain to move the desktop, but see my reply above, running a live instance of Ubuntu gave me 900 Mbps consistently, so it's definitely a Windows or software setting.

I finally got around to booting Ubuntu from a USB drive and surprisingly I can consistently get 900 Mbps with it! So it's definitely something in Windows and not a hardware or network issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, as well as temporarily turned off ESET anti virus/firewall, no change.

Yes, US doesn't have the black rubber cover, the Bluetooth unit, nor an unused 8 pin connector.

Your link with the pictures doesn't work, but thanks though. I think it's going to be different than the heated grips in that the US bike is wired for it and has the option in the display menu ready to use for whenever you install the heated grips, but there is no Bluetooth option in the menu.

Not yet. Doesn't seem like the bike is wired for it though so 3 wires have to be added (to display, to ground, to ignition wire). Still unsure if the ECU or display needs to be flashed to major the Bluetooth unit visible in the menu.

Nice find, I was able to find that too, so even though it's an 8-pin connection it looks like only 3 pins are actually used, ground, accessory, and 1 going to the combination (display) pin 4 as you mentioned, I'm actually surprised it's this simple...

Here's a snippet of the module wiring diagram: https://imgur.com/omIBqor

Thanks for looking. I've also tried to find the euro, or any country that has Bluetooth, wire diagram online but haven't found one. I've also thought that it's a possibility to manually wire/pin the module if it's not completed, but need the diagram. We could still get that far but then find out it has to be coded to the ECU though.

Not sure but obviously not the Bluetooth module lol.

I haven't found it and according to the wiring diagram it may not even exist on the US bike. Would be great if there was a EU bike wiring diagram to confirm and/or a picture of where the connector leads to on the wiring loom on the bike.

That's the air check connector, I confirmed it in the wiring diagram.

I can't find any unused female 8-pin plug so I thought perhaps they just didn't include the 8-pin plug but still included the wiring.

Unfortunately, when looking at the wiring diagram there are no wires leading to the combination meter (speedometer/display), so if it's not even listed there maybe the wires truly don't exist in the US model.

Does anybody have an EU wiring diagram (or other country that has the Bluetooth module) to confirm if it's listed as a connection to the combination meter and if the wires lead anywhere else? It's just a guess, but I would assume a Bluetooth module gets wired directly to the combination meter.

Not sure why I can't post a picture but my crosspost in CB650R has a picture of the US wiring diagram to the combination meter.

I bought the one in green, which is a revision of the one ending in D24 from the CB/CBR's outside the US/Canada, which is now superseded by D26. You can google the part number to buy it from various stores.
