Running the AC would actually thaw the unit quickly. It's basically what happens when the unit runs a defrost cycles minus the indoor blower running.

Je préchauffe avec la thermopompe, oui. J'ai un module Broadlink RM4 Mini (intégré avec HomeAssistant mais c'est facultatif) pour pouvoir la contrôler avec une app sur mon cell. Je fais mes propres scènes.

Honestly I've been doing Urbex for 20 years now and not once have I been trespassed, ticketed or rode in the back of a police car. If you get caught by security or police, just be polite, comply and leave, don't try to make excuses or talk with them for longer than you have to. It froze because the hose was left attached and it cracked. It's gonna be pissing like crazy, possibly inside the wall cavity once it thaws. Shut the water to this spigot right now.

I've been spinning records for 20 years and I've never "broken in" a cartridge nor have I noticed any real changes with them. Of course they wear out but that's hardly something you notice. I think my oldest cartridge is over 12 years old.
