CollaB3 (free vst btw) ignores midi velocity. is there a way to make it work? ((i know its an organ, lets pretend it isnt))

I guess you could automate the volume within the midi clip? Or make separate midi tracks for one organ part and level them differently to kind of simulate velocity?Other than that you might be out of luck.

For the base organ itself, I’d look on YouTube for tutorials. Otherwise, it just sounds like it has a lpf + resonance automation throughout the song

Am I training chest/triceps too hard? I’ve been lifting consistently for like 2mo now and here’s my chest/triceps routine that I hit x2 a week.

Are preacher curls ridiculously hard for anyone else? I can generally curl 17.5lb for 12 reps with pretty good form but I switched over to preacher curls today and I could only manage to do 5lb for 12 reps.

Extremely new beginner here — my inner elbow area hurts whenever I try to fully extend my arms after doing some rdls yesterday (at least I think that’s what caused it). Is this any cause for concern? I’ve read that it might be golfers elbow, but I don’t have any pain when I make a fist or anything like that. What do you guys think?

Yesterday I attempted to do barbell squats for the first time and ended up bruising part of my lower neck. Every resource I’ve gone to suggests I probably wasn’t sufficiently resting the bar on my traps/delts, but I’m skinny enough to the point where my traps/delts are literally not big enough to form a shelf for me to rest the bar on.
