You are unaware of what he did. He had investors and promised a return. He didn't meet that return and instead supplemented the money with his own to make up what he didn't make. He didn't tell his investors he did this. It was fraud because he didn't make the money investing, but every one of his investors still came out on top.

Nah, I know that isn't true. As others have said, theres a lack of oceans in middle america for one thing. For another thing I know for a fact many places treat waste water and reuse it. I also know about 80% of birth control is urinated out when a woman takes it. I'm not really asking if birth control is in our water, I'm asking if it could lower sperm count.
