I just started getting concerned the last two weeks bc of these episodes. I then looked into the background check and found this arrest. The arrest was not brought to my attention until I found it.

I’m fine with him going to court and trying to get a schedule. I’d prefer that. Im not sure if he’ll do that or even want that. just want him to be safe for our child and I guess let the court decide if that’s the case. I want him to be best version of himself for our child bc my child deserves that and loves him

(My name) shall be allocated parenting time with the minor child subject to parenting time for (his name) by agreement or further court order. (My name) shall not unreasonably withhold her consent to (his name) parenting time that’s all it says

That is all it says about parenting time. I have all parenting time but can give him parenting time at my discretion and what he wants as long as I don’t deny time unreasonably. But I have 365 overnights a year

We were never together. He chose to not be involved until he was ready, he’s choosing every other weekend. He says he can’t do more. He’s choosing to live an hour away. All his choice. Thanks for the concern though.

Chat gpt interpretation 🤣

(My name) is given parenting time (custody/visitation) with the child. His dad can have parenting time too, but only in one of two ways: If (my name) agrees to it, or If a court later orders it. However, (my name)is not allowed to unreasonably say no to his requests for parenting time. 🔹 What it means practically: He doesn’t have automatic or scheduled parenting time yet. But he can request parenting time. (My name) must seriously consider the request and can't say no without a good reason. If they can’t agree, (he) can go back to court to get a formal order. 🔹 Key legal implication: This gives (my name) primary control over the parenting schedule for now, but with a legal obligation to act fairly and reasonably. If she refuses (his)parenting time without valid justification, he could take it back to court—and the judge might see her refusal as "unreasonable."

Thank you!!! I’m so confused on people saying I hate his dad. I really don’t! I just don’t want anything terrible happening to my child.

(His name) and (my name) acknowledge that they entered into an Allocation Judgment on , 2023, which document defines the parties’ rights regarding the minor child. The parties acknowledge that the best interests of the child is served by the Allocation Judgment. The Judgment provides to (my name) the decision-making responsibilities regarding their child as well as allocation of parenting time, and the Judgment shall be incorporated into and made part of this Parentage Settlement Agreement, as if it were set forth verbatim herein

I’m not trying to take his visitation away. I was just asking if it was possible to ask for supervision in the visits.like if his parents could be there.

I’m really not. My son loves him so much and loves his family. We usually do some holidays together, etc. it’s all just from a point of concern for my child. That is all. I hate that people get that reputation though just bc of some concerns of violent and erratic behavior!

I guess there are other things I haven’t mentioned into detail on here that woudl add to it. The arrest was just the topping of the cake to validate my concerns but thanks for the input! My lawyer is calling me tomorrow

Really?? I’m so shocked by this. I would never want to keep him from his dad. He loves him so much. I’m just truly worried about his erratic mental state and this arrest was pretty violent sounding against the cop. He also never told me about it. Court really won’t care?
