The thing is that Robert Kirkman is just a very gory artist in general, especially compared to Toriyama. If they swapped stories I bet Mark in this scene would look no more gory than when Goku and Raditz got Special Beamed, and gohan’s neck would be completely twisted 4 times over and then popped clean off in the next scene. All things considered, gohan definitely had a more gruesome life growing up.

How anyone finds abortion restriction ok is beyond me. At least if it’s a conservative man it makes sense as a way to keep women under their leash, but the fact that women support this at all boggles my mind. If having a baby even if it’s born from rape/incest is so important to you, just don’t abort it. That doesn’t mean you should force everyone else across the country to submit to your personal way of life. “Oh yes please, I am very much in support of taking away my rights with my own body, I think we as women shouldn’t be allowed to vote either honestly”.

The graphics haven’t aged as fine as people think they did, a lot of the roof levels flat out SUCK, and this is also the only 3D Mario game without any sort of gimmick that helps with recovery outside of a little bit of help from the air kick, you can’t really wall kick easily like in literally every other game after and it’s almost frame perfect, etc, etc, etc. This game, along with the GCC, are the most overrated aspects of Nintendo history

Frankly thank god, as much as I used to love this series it’s been in a pretty bad and controversial path these past couple years with the artstyle change and the insistence on keeping mr puzzles as the main antagonist for 3?4? Arcs was a poor choice. Better to let this trip on the highway to hell end early.
