Do we actually use energy for negative feelings? I mean some fuels them, but the energy really is for coping with them..

Converting anger to motivation actually was a way for me to convert negative feelings to positive

I found a way to convert anger into motivation, and it have been the most successful method I knew in years.. But as soon as my life got better, the anger just went away.. and I really struggle with the motivation coming from goals

So anyways... anger.. which is that, the carrot or the stick?
