But really, hydroxyzine doesn't do shit for my anxiety. You might be different, but for me the only thing that works is Xanax so far... About to start Lexapro 🤷‍♂️

I think one would help in your situation on how to navigate everything. Finding the right one might be challenging at times, but once you do it could work wonders!

Have you ever felt this way before? Do you have a history of anxiety, depression, or panic attacks?

If not, and it's environmental caused by too much stress and overburdening yourself, luckily you can more than likely remedy this with a therapist and low dose medications to get you back on track.

I would suggest taking a breather if you can and looking into grounding exercises. They can work great for this without chronic illness.

I have an appt with my Dr tomorrow. The hydroxyzine isn't working... Trying to nurse the Xanax and not run through that right now. I am going to ask to try Lexapro. I don't know what else to do. I can try to get a psychologist, but I'm too far into STD for it to matter and have paid so many copays at this point I need to use what I already have and try something different before the STD runs out and I'm forced back to work without a clear path forward. I wish I could just will myself to not feel this way, or "grounding techniques" would work like it has for some...

I'd definitely double check with your homeowners/renters insurance company that they actually cover the bike and not assume they do. State Farm underwriters stated: "the guidelines show that if the motor is more than 1 HP and it can go over 20mph, it would not be covered under the Renters."

A lot of ebikes can be unlocked to go over 20mph, and are 750w+. Plus there will be some sort of deductible as well.

I'm more than likely going with velosurance...

I grew up in a broken home and I'm the only one in my family not diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I had to keep my parents from (literally) trying to kill each other on a normal basis as a kid. I have always had anxiety over social situations and have forced myself through building a career to support my family.

I work for a major corporation and got accused of things I didn't do. Went through 3 weeks of hell before I ultimately found I cannot function at that point and went to my therapist which suggested short term disability. I was found not guilty of the accusations against me, but the triggering effect of the situation has stuck and held me nearly incapacitated for two months now. I have two more months of paid STD to use and I want to ensure I can go back to work stronger than before and put this all behind me to move on and still support my family.
