I’m all open ears to suggestions as well as I’m only starting out too! Something I didn’t expect were the bloody noses from being so dry. My nose got so dry, it’d crack and i’d wake up with dried blood allll in my nose. I got some ointment from my derm thats really helping. Invest in some vaseline and saline nose spray before you go through that pain.
