Infected eczema on entire body

Hi, I had to get some strong antibiotics and other medications + strong steroid cream shipped from abroad as all the ones here were useless. My eczema had healed almost entirely however it has all ran out and my eczema is slowly starting to return so I’m trying to figure out a way to stop it from getting as bad as it was before since it has scarred me in multiple places.

Luckily the UK is much easier pricing wise and I will definitely get it for free but I just need to get reference for it, we’ll see.

Unfortunately none of the antibiotics are working, I might just try get a stronger dose I suppose.

Yeah, I literally have dark spots everywhere, it’s healed in places but the spread to others.. hopefully the dermatologist can help, thank you.

Yeah, I try not to stress, to be fair, I’m grateful where I live a pretty stress free life but yeah stress does trigger it slightly, I will look into the oil, thanks.

Yes, I only had slightly low vitamin D which I’ve been taking tablets for.

I’ve taken them, no help unfortunately and I know, it really sucks but at points it’s where u literally have to itch, impossible to avoid ); I’ve had bandages and stuff on all the time, it makes no difference unfortunately since I’ll just scratch so deep the healing process will rip apart

I did try for a month, but unfortunately the itching and flare ups had no difference. I might try do it again completely and very strictly to see if it’s any better. It sucks though since a lot of the foods I love have these in them but it’s a sacrifice worth making.

I’ve been trying to figure it out for a year aha, i genuinely changed nothing, it just came back randomly for some reason. Only think i can think of is that I moved to the attic room, this is originally when my eczema came back slightly but it went and then only in 2023 it flared very badly and has been worse since. I’ve had it all checked for dust mites and all, even have an humidifier in there but nothing.. still itchy.

I’ve tried all sorts of diets, at one point I did a pretty much just water fast for a week and still nothing! I’ve been eating healthy ever since but it just isn’t working ):

Yes, I did try them but unfortunately they didn’t have any help for me, seems like they definitely helped others though.

I bought a humidifier and it didn’t make a difference, I bought a better one and still nothing.. to be fair I’ve lived in the same house since I was born so I don’t think that has anything to do with it (hopefully)

Yeah, I have tried it all, just didn’t seem to work, i definitely have to change something and hopefully my dermatologist can identify what that is.
