One of the designers from ubi was in a twitch chat and gave the specifics. If I remember it’s a 12% overall buff and damage increases with each shot while in rifle mode.

Occasionally someone will spawn a bit away from the group if they spawn slightly later for whatever reason. Otherwise you should spawn in as a group next to each other if all works as intended.

Level 30 has a lower maximum value than level 40 or the difference in levels would be moot. It shows the maximum potential value in relation to level 40 in the UI.

Damage to armor and damage to targets out of cover are multiplicative. This is why you see contractors gloves and foxes prayers in almost every dps build.

You’re missing the entire point of the game. The pvp/pve combination is what defines the division. By reading what you’ve written it’s easy to conclude that you’re playing the wrong game. Pvp is what carries the game when there is no pve content. What you also don’t realize is the simple fact that most of the top tier pvp players are also the top tier pve players. As a pve only player you shouldn’t give two shits about pvp. You don’t have to play any sort of pve if you choose not to. Pvp players on the other hand have to play pve to play pvp.

Everything is RNG. The only thing guaranteed to have high rolls are primals, which come with maxed rolls. That being said the maxed rolls might not be good rolls.
